White Rabbit is a light, pale coloured beer with a white head. At only 3.6% this IPA is very hoppy and zesty with grapefruit, lime and citrus notes from the classic Cascade and Amarillo hops. A crisp and intense bitterness will disappear from the palate, like a rabbit going down a hole!

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 13/10/2022. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Some tangerine fruit sweetness, citrus hops, light, rich tea malts, a touch of green herb and dryish finish. Good.

Cask @ Regal Moon, Rochdale. Clear golden-blonde with a creamy head. Penultimate beer found in the 2022 Wetherspoon Autumn Beer Festival, but as a week has gone by since it ended this is probably the last one for me in this particular festival. Hoppy session ale, mildly herbal and grassy.

Pours a clear pale gold colour with a small mostly lasting, foamy white head. The aroma is lemony with some straw and light grassy hops. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, citrusy; lemon and grapefruit; and light grassy flavours with a light drying citrusy bitterness.

Third-pint glass, festival beer, cask at Roebuck Inn (JDW). Shared with Finn. Scattered lacing from a covering white head, clear golden in the glass. Moderate smell of lemony hops and berry skins. Moments of citrus and berries to the taste buds. Rounded, discreet bitter fruity end, short. Fair enough, (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Cask at Wheatshef, Stoke on Trent. Pours a pale straw with a small white head and good lacing. Is slow to settle. The nose has floral hops and some citrus. Pretty much the same in the mouth where the citrus can be split into lime and orange with some underlying malts. After a while traces of ginger and coriander come through. Finish is slightly dry. Not bad at all.

Delt med Rune. Veldig lys gylden. Klar. Lavt tett skum. Litt lacing. Lett lime-aroma. Smaken sitrusfrukt. Fortsatt lime-preg. Lett tørr syrlig bitter avslutning. Frisk!
