(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 10 Nov 2022) Deep amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, bread and brown sugar. Malty taste with caramel, dark bread, prunes, figs, brown sugar and a mild spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced and harmonious bock. Nice one.

330ml Can - Amber in colour. Caramel, dates, figs and rye in the aroma. Malty and fairly sweet taste with notes of caramel, marzipan and dried fruit. Subtly warming with a bittersweet finish.

Burk från SB. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med medelhögt äggvitt skum. Mjuk och rund, stor kropp. Harmonisk, söta maltiga smaker, torkad frukt, kolakakor, fikon. Kanske lite väl inställsam utan djup och motstånd om man ska vara gnällig, men det behöver man ju inte. Gott

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, malty, bock like, light honey - dates. Initial flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, honey - dates, caramel, sweet malt, malty, hops bitter. Body is medium - medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230106]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, mild tart wood and some herbal tones. Flavour is floral, wooden, some toffee and mild herbal and earthy tones.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear copper brown, mid sized head. Floral nose with honey, bread and dates. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Dense bread, floral hops, warming plum brandy, Mid bitter finish. Rich and harmonious.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Almost clear reddish/brown with a medium head. Sweetish with malt, caramel, some dried fruit and syrup. Pleasant warming notes.
