Bottle.Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of vanilla and oak sweet warming note of chocolate and bourbon nice well balanced and smooth finish.

375 ml bottle picked up at the brewery's shop poured into a Snifter. Near black with a few tanned bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with vanilla, cinnamon, bourbon barrel, and nuts. Rather heavy on the alcohol. The taste is sweet. Full body, oily texture. Lasting sweet roasted finish with lingering bourbon barrel and vanilla. Superb experience.

Bottle shared at Bombovar. Medium body despite very rich flavour. Low carbonation, could use much more. Lots of booziness, yet feels mostly barrel-derived and rather soft. Medium bitterness and med-light sweetness. Lots of nuts in aroma and flavour, lots of chocolate, light coffee. Moderate bourbon presence, light woodiness. Overall leaves some to be desired in terms of malt richness and intensity, while being too strong on the booze side. But overall nice.

Bottle shared by dannyhill, thanks. Malty aroma and taste, roasty notes, dark chocolate, light vanilla, bourbon barrel notes, booze, light sweetish notes, medium bitter. Full body, malty chocolaty woody bitter sweet finish with warming alcohol notes. Good.

Aus der Flasche im 2022-12 getrunken. Dieses Stout duftet kräftig nach Kokosraspeln und Schokolade. Der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist perfekt eingebunden und die Aromen wunderbar ausgwogen. Ein tolles Stout!
