[9/5/2023] Draught at Open Baladin in Torino. Pretty clear golden, slightly hazy. Brett, funky, floral, wood, fruity, moderately sour, vinous. Nice.

Pretty clear blond yellow beer, creamy dense white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: weird, funky, dirty, artificial brett, very soapy, floral, weird touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, very acidic, soapy, floral, weird, funky. Aftertaste: soapy bitterness, funky, dry and spicy in the finish.
