500ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, minimaly spicy, malty aroma, a touch of caramel and brioche, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy and spicy, caramel malty and slightly bitter, grassy and minimally metallic hoppy. Dissolved sugar enriched, water texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather simple and monotonous, relatively bitter hoppy - meh!

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden amber with a foamy head. Diacetyl, caramel, honey, vanilla, hazelnut, dry lemon zest. Malty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry caramel sweet finish. Tasty rustic Franconian Amber / Märzen beer.

Bottle @ Hallerndorf/Neuhaus Rewe. Pours Dark copper with a small White head. Caramel malty. Toasted. Whiff of fruit and grains. Super smooth and dry. Bitter finish. Excellent.

0,5 l bottle as Winter Zauber Festbier. Clera amber in the glass, two finger pale beige head. Sweet malty on the nose, some nuts. Taste starts also malty with some sweetness, a lot of caramel, shy nuts. Low but present bitter hop. Below average carbonation. Nice one.

Die Brauerei Hebendanz bietet ihr Weihnachtsfestbier neuerdings als Winter Zauber Festbier (natürlich ohne Bindestrich) an - ob das den Absatz hebt? - Flasche von Hopfen und Malz im Wedding. - Dunkles Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase satte, leicht karamellige Malzsüße und schwache kräuterig-hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk satt malzig mit schöner toastig-nussiger Karamelnote, ein wenig Holz und Anflügen von reifer Banane. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang sehr milde hopfenwürzige Herbe, leicht holzig. - In seiner satten Malzigkeit und dem würzigen Grundgeschmack (Möhl/Tannert) ein typisches Hebendanz-Bier, auch die zarte faulige Banane ist wieder mit von der Partie. Bottle from Bierzwerg. Deep golden color. Grassy aroma. Full bodied, malty and bready. Grassy notes. Classic German festbier, well balanced, almost fluid bread.

Dark yellow colour. Medium head. Malty, honeyish sweet, yet hoppy aroma. Quite balanced taste, initially medium sweet and malty, but moving pretty fast into a delicate floral hoppiness with a lasting hop-bitter finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelgoldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Schöne, dunkelgoldene Farbe im Glas. Der Geruch ist würzig-süßlich. Im Antrunk ist das Bier leicht würzig und interessant herb. Zum Hauptteil entfaltet sich eine würzige, aber relativ trocken-malzige Note zusammen mit einer leichten, aber sich gut eingliederneden Herbe. Der Nachgeschmack bleibt lange auf der Zunge, er ist angenehm würzig und leicht malzig-trocken-herb.
--> Ein sehr interessantes Weihnachtsbier – nicht so übertrieben würzig-süß wie andere Vertreter dieser Klasse. Sehr angenehm und lecker! Vielen Dank an wastl!
