Bottled (Meinbiershop). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grainy, some sweet malts, herbs, grass and a wee bit of alcohol too. Flavour is grassy, some sweet malts, mild alcohol tones as well as some earthy tones. A bit strange the alcohol pushes through this well in a less than 7 % abv beer.

Swing top bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden color. Grassy aroma with a hint of soap. Almost medium bodied. Malt, peach and floral notes in the flavor. Hint of alcohol.

Bottle with expiry 25.10.2018. Golden colour, head disappears quickly. Aroma is vanilla, sweets, alcohol. Medium sweetness. Medium body, a bit cloying. Boring.

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroa. moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a small head. Sultanas, dried apricot and hints of grain in the aroma. Bready and slightly fruity taste with dried apricot, caramel, sultanas and peach.

Bottle @ Dolles Bockstival - Bocken varer lige til påske, 5000 Odense C. Pours clear golden with a white head. Straw, alcohol, grains. Slight warmth. Bready malts.

Bocken varer lige til påske. Golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with bread and grain. Sweetish bready malt flavour with grain, bread and biscuit. A touch of herbal hops and a nice balanced finish.

“Schwanenbräu Burgebrach Weihnachtsbock“, Bügelflasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Orangegold, klar, kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase breites helles Malz, Karamel, Sahnebonbons, Vanille. - Antrunk überraschend schlank und gut karbonisiert mit breitem hellen und Karamelmalz und milder Süße. Nicht zu knappe aber aromatisch etwas vage, stumpfe Hopfenherbe mit Elementen von Kräutern. Leichte, für einen Bock fast zu leichte zitrusfruchtige Noten, die kurz an Limonade erinnern. Fad bitterer Abgang mit leicht medizinischen Anklängen. - Für einen fränkischen hellen Bock unterdurchschnittlich gehopft, kein Vergleich mit den besten. Dennoch gut trinkbar.

Clear golden with a small white short lasting head. Aroma had sweet malt and caramel notes. Flavor had caramel, sweet malt and hints of grassy hops. Finished sweet. Clean but too sweet.

swing top bottle 500ml. -Courtesy of kajser27, shared with him, Marko and franski. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, mild bready nose. Sweetish malty, light alcoholic, touch of herbs and some acidity but overall pretty poor Weihnacht beer.
