This hoppy Pils takes us back to the future. In 2020, before we could open our doors, we brewed our first collaboration – and Radiant’s first liquid, ever – up at Moksa Brewing Co. In our continuation of hop experimentation, what starts as a Pilsner is dry hopped much like an IPA, creating an incredibly hop-forward and smooth drinking delight.

Tap at Billies 2022, Antwerpen. Colour is Slightly Cloudy light golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus grain, hops... nice. Excellent drinkability.

Clear fluorescent yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: oh yes, nice, lots of tropical fruits, mango, guava, tangerines, somewhat cheesy, a bit dank, citrus notes, very pleasant, bit cheesy, sweaty feet, lovely. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice gentle bitterness, floral notes, a bit malty, sweet touch. Aftertaste: bitter, a bit grassy, decent!

At Billies. Clear golden. Starfruit, kiwi, crisp malts, dank citrus hops. Light sweet and bitter. I like it for a not so bitter pils.

Arôme sur une base marquée de pils assez plaisante - rétro-nasal est axé sur des houblons Nouveau-Monde mais le tout passe tout de même pour une India lager.
Palais est léger axé sur un malté pils - retrait houblonné plaisant tout en restant discret qui envoie des notes fruitées entre tropical et agrumes.
