Clear pale gold beer, small to practically no head. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, unimpressive. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: all ripe banana, very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. Aftertaste: malty, sweet, caramel, grains, decent!

Arôme sur un nez classique belge présentant un côté rustique plaisant avec qcq esters fruités - effet feuilles de thé en retrait et des effluves d'abricot discrètes mais convainquantes.
Palais est frais avec un caractère belge rustique et immédaitement un agréable fruité d'abricot - léger fini herbacé venant des feuilles de thé. Le tout fonctionne bien tout en gardant les bases d'une saison - ici, sans ce côté américain de farmhouse/sour.
