A: clear golden, big, foamy, white head - gusher!
A: white grape, apple peel, plum, yeast, starch.
T: bittersweet grape & apple, bread crust, yeast.
F: grassy hops, bitter grape, straw, starch.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Quite yeasty, starchy, not Alvinne's best.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden with big white head. Very yeasty at first with a lot of cloves, allspice, black pepper. Sweet malts, alcohol, and then some more spices and a bit of banana and pear. Medium sweet and over medium bitter with a lasting hoppy dry bitter finish. Over medium bodied. I'm not a huge fan of very strong saisons, but this is quite OK for one glass. I even like it at least as much or more than Cuvee Theo I think.

Bottle, 330 ml at Ambasada. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Malty, bretty, funk, citrus, fruity notes. Some tartness.
