Can from Alehub. Black with a big beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. Oily. 230923

Vollmundig hopfig-malziger Beginn. Deutliche Röstnoten, grasig hopfig, was noch stärker als das Malz daherkommt. Spritzig, etwas Schokolade, würzig. Das Malz wird trockener, Kakao, intensiv. Langer malzig-hopfiger Abgang. Gut! 11/11/11/11/10/11

Can. Dark brown. Chocolate and fruits. Edgy hard sweet chocolate. Bit too sweet for me, with a sticky sweet aftertaste.
44cl can. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of dark mild roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate. Taste of dark caramelized malt, raisins, chocolate, melasse.

Can. Darkest brown, big brown foam. Citric and grassy hops, light lychee nose. Dry chocolate chewy, goood perfume.

440ml can. Quasi black colour with average frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and chocolately, roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, lemon, orange. Taste is dry, minimally astringent, minimally sweet, roasty and chocolately, dark malty as well as citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of dark chocolate, some milk chocolate, lemon, lemon peel with a minimally waxy touch. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Slightly disharmonious, overhopped, Black IPA resemblance - OK.
