330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and piney, sligtly herbal, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of lemon, grapefruit, a touch of pineapple, orange peel, whiffs of mint, eucalyptus. Taste is crisp, bitter, piney and resinous, slightly citrusy fruity and minimally herbal hoppy, notes of pine, some woodruff, a touch of mint, eucalyptus, lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, pale and caramel malty basis with subtle residual sweetness; a weak touch of wet grass in the finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium, broad, mildly prickly carbonation. Very well balanced, clean; could be a bit more citrusy and even more bitter regarding my personal liking - good!

Bottle picked up from craft Beer Webshop, Parchim, and consumed at home Saturday 21st January 2023 listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti we are cooking Almond Crusted Squid with Sumac Mayonnaise, Bulgar Salad with Fresh Peas and Mint, Rakarat with Chicken and Sumac and Black Seed & Halloumi Flatbreads for tea tonight. Pours light/mid gold with a large white head. Nice bitterness, a dryness throughout, largely citrussy fruitiness, nice mouthfeel, good West Coast IPA.
