Dit wilde, roze zeemonster is het boegbeeld voor onze liefde in fijne, fruitige sours. Het is een complexe blend van een Pale Ale en een Kettle Sour met een flinke dosis bramen en frambozen. Met behulp van onze eigen huiscultuur van melkzuurbacteriën uit de Wild at Heart foeder zorgen we ervoor dat de Kettle Sour zijn fijne zure smaak ontwikkelt. De grote hoeveelheid fruit geven het bier een aroma van frambozen, bramen en grapefruit. In combinatie met de toegevoegde hoppen krijgt Juicebox Hero zijn zacht bittere, roodfruit karakter.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before November 2019. Hazy, pale orange with a massive, dense, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and slightly floral aroma of orange, mango, rose hip and some apricot. Just slightly sour, only a little sweet, rather fruity taste of orange, mango, rose hip, apricot and traces of rhubarb, followed by a short, moderately tart, gently dry finish. Thin to medium body, a little astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very nice beer, well-balanced and refreshing.

Tap at BAF. Very murky dull orange pink with huge pale pink head. Lots of fruit juice indeed with apple, light berries, guava, pear. Light malts, yeast and mineral notes too. Medium sour and light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A murky light orange golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of tart red fruits, yeast and lime. Taste of tart red berries, lactic fruits, lime, interesting.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks David K. for this bottle! Cloudy orange, white head. Lacto, fruitiness, some berries, juicy, medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Very nice and refreshing.
