Einsiedler Zwickelbier is a unique German specialty that represents the symbiosis of nature.
The purity of our well water in harmony with fine malt notes, the scent of fresh yeast and enjoyable hops synergizes what nature has to offer. Unfiltered, this mature beer with a hefty body and a nice hop bitterness brings all the ingredients together for a bold yet easy drinking beer.

Cheers.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty and moderately sweet malty aroma with notes of white bread and spicy herbal hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied despite its abv of 5.8%, soft carbonation. Yeasty, slightly bready malty taste with subtle notes of citrus and herbal hoppy spice; quity dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish with citric notes. Nice and easy-going. 29.X.10

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy pale golden colour, large and creamy white head. Yeasty-malty nose. Solidly malty with a nice yeasty character, a shy touch for fruit in the background. Well-rounded with good, aromatic, bitter and dry hops. A very well balanced Zwickel, well-crafted.

From a 2l-Siphon. Looks really good. The beer in the glass also. Nicely turbid. Starts very mild. Becomes drier and maltier. Finish a little bit metallically. Very drinkable and good beer!

Leckere Mischung, sehr lecker! Draught, as Einsiedler Erzebirge Zwickel. Cloudy yellow colour. Small, but creamy white head. The flavour is quite yeasty, but nicely so. Fruity. Low to medium bitterness. Yeasty and fruitily hop aromatic.
