No sabría decir exactamente de qué color es esta cerveza, se podría decir que tiene el aspecto de un batido de fresas, leche y galletas(??), muy turbia, espesa, dejando gran residuo en las paredes de la copa. El aroma tiene toques de galleta danesa, mermelada de fresa, bizcocho y crema batida. En boca su textura es casi granulosa, ligeramente punzante, levemente agridulce, toques de reposteria, leche en polvo, tarta de queso, fresas con nata, ningún amargor, rica y jugosa. Me gusta.

Can 44 cl. 2024-version at 5.9% ABV. Pours a cloudy, opaque, smoothie like red with a tiny, pink red. Buttery nose atop notes of strawberry. Medium body, sweet strawberries and cream with a slight tartness. No real bitterness. Made with cream cheese! 161224 7/3/8/4/15=3.7

Cremiger, weich säuerlicher Antrunk mit Laktose, Vanille, Erd- und Himbeeren. Hohe Süffigkeit, weich, die Säure überwiegt, die Süße hält sich zurück. Cremig, minimal salzig, geringe Karbonisierung. Lecker! 7/12/12/11/10/11

Pours specifically ugly, muddy browned peachcolored. Flakey, muddy. Scent is typical pastry sour gone to hell. Sweet, vanilla and lactose. Taste is sharp, swet, fruity. Peach, vanilla, not bad or off, but the color seriously ruins the beer that otherwise would have been OK.
