Very pale blond colour with light haze and thin head. Aroma is lemony, slight vinegar note too. Very sharp citrus taste. Something of pickle juice. Stone fruit in the aftertaste.

Süffiger, stark säuerlicher Fruchtbeginn. Pfirsich, etwas Essig, spritzig, Aprikosen-Säure. Intensiv bleibend, etwas trocken, natürlich. Das Aprikosenaroma wird noch stärker, spritzig, langer Nachhall, gut! 9/12/9/12/9/12

Vintage 2022. Jasne jaskrawe minimalna piana srednio trwala, lekko mgliste. Smak mandarynki limonki, cytryna, troszke soku z kiszonej kapusty, wytrawne cierpkie i sciagajace. Fajne, nieco bretow tez sie wyczuwa.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Lots of apricot, peach, funk, oak, a bit vinous, sour, lemony. Really good.

Hapu, vesine, virsik, veits funky, happeline, õrn meekärg, sidrun. Okish, liiga happeline.

W nosie funky, lekko skóra, stajnia. Wraz z ogrzewaniem przebija się brzoskwiniowo-morelowa słodycz i dużo wanilii przemieszaniej z jogurtowymi nutami, delikatne octowe. W smaku umiarkowanie kwaśne (kwaśność przypomina tą z niedojrzałej mirabelki - której nawiasem mówiąc nie dawali, być może te morele były niedojrzałe i wniosły te posmaki). W smaku na finiszu leci w ocet. Niezłe choć za dużo w aro się dzieje.

Bottle shared at BBT 2/2023. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Med-high sourness, pleasant mix of lactic and bretty sourness. Background acetic. Moderate stone fruit character, pleasantly fermented out though, very natural feeling. Wood in the background. Lots of unmalted wheat though, both in aroma and flavour. Overall an interesting, very well balanced, easy drinking and also tasty beer. Very good.

Shared bottle at BBT 1/2023. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma of yellow fruit, wheat, light spices. Taste is apricot, peach, nice fruity sourness, light yeast. Nice.
