Slightly aged sample Good, bit creamy head over veiled copperish orange beer. Bit oxydation, sweet exotic fruit, rosewater, oxydized hop(oils), vegetable frying oil, rust. Again mix of mild oxydation, sweet fruity esters and a dry bitterish resiny finish. Resiny oily feel. Well-carbonated, very slick and medium bodied. Long aftertaste. Classic - slightly stronger IPA, quite OK - but the used Einkorn grain is anything but classic. Txs to Stef!

Can from Beers@Moviefun. Hazy orange, small, off-white head. Aroma of ripe apricot, candied plum, pineapple, orange peel, gin, biscuit, marmalade, vague diesel. Taste has sweet apricot & plum and bitter orange peel, surrounded by dank & spicy notes over a honeyish, biscuity malt base. Floral hoppy finish, lingering spiciness, bitter citrus pith, grapefruit and dank stone fruit with a warming dash of gin-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Well-structured DIPA, nice!

20/XI/22 - 33cl can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: 30/VI/24, LB04070722C 07:34 (2022-1639)
Pretty clear orange beer, big solid creamy yellowish head, a bit irregular, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, soapy impression, a bit fruity, little oxidized, caramel malts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: rather soapy, unpleasant bitterness, a bit spicy, resinous, more soapy, oxidized, sweet malts, meh. Aftertaste: some oranges, bitter, soapy, dried orange peel, floral, oxidized, meh. Very unimpressive, surprisingly. Was expecting more from this Brambrass beer...
