The toucan is an ingenious bird, skilfully using his great, multi-coloured break to prise open his favourite snack, the passion fruit. We're keen on passion fruit too - especially when cleverly combined with ripe mango in this smooth, hoppy and exceptionally fruity Hazy I.P.A.

--Sample, thanks AndySnow! -- Hazy deep golden. Juicy nose with passionfruit and mango. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Simplistic flavour of tropical nectar. Rather low bitterness. Cocktail style beer concotion.

Bottle from Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Aroma is fruity with light resin and an almost saline element. Hazy pineapple yellow. Thin foamy white head. Fruity flava - no mistaking the passion fruit and mango. Has a rather bitter edge with added resin. Increasingly bitter. Light -medium bodied. Slick but pithy. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Wasn't sure what to expect from a brewery I wasn't familiar with but this is decent enough.
