Corked bottle. Amber color. Oak, grapefruit and toffee in the complex aroma. Moderately sor, very well rounded, with apple, melon, grapefruit, leather, oak. A fine mix of drinkability, complexity and roundness.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, brett, and funk. Thin mouth, very tart, funk, oak, clean finish, very good.

Another brew thanks to Terminus at the Annual Black Friday tasting. It pours clear copper with an off white head. The aroma offers up tart apples, vinegar and acidic notes. The taste is similar with solid vinegar flowing into tartness and acidity. It has some tart green apple notes in the background. Big tart and acidic notes here.

Bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a clear gold with about a half finger of white head. Aroma is quite sour with apple cider and a hint of oaky vanilla. Taste is about the same with more citrus and a decent bit of funk. Overall, I’m digging this beer. I would gladly drink this again anytime.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of kristina. Pours golden with an off-white head. Tart acetone aroma with quite some Brett and a sweet oaky edge. Medium body, sweet overripe fruit, heavy acetone and sweet oak. A little baking yeast, but actually not too bad. 260412

Shared by BDR, Skyview Tasting, Nov. 11, 2011. I liked this a little more than the other guys. Lots of yeast in the aroma with some vinegar. Flavor is sour with yeast. Cloudy gold appearance, and some floral character with dry oak.
