Our rich imperial stout is blended from a mix of bourbon barrels from distilleries such as Heaven Hill, Four Roses, Wild Turkey, and Buffalo Trace, each aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels for 8-14 months. Expect flavors of chocolate and vanilla, oak, whiskey, and molasses, followed by caramel, berry fruit, and almond.

Poured from 500mL bottle (bb 27/Sep/2025). Very dark brown with minimal tan head. Mild bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, light molasses. Much nicer than the Wild Turkey variant.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out brings out lush bourbon barrels, followed by molasses, and a touch of roast. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful bourbon barrel character upfront, followed by soft vanilla, molasses, and oak. Smooth and silky palate. Wonderful stuff.

Dark brown, not much head. On the nose, lots of bourbon. On the palate, it's a bit hot and then lots of chocolate and bourbon. It's a bit on the thin side for a beer this strong, and a bit of a two-step.
