Süffiger Malzbeginn mit viel Kaffee. Starke Röstnoten, weiche Herbe, leicht trockener Hintergrund, würzig. Angenehm schokoladig ohne zu süß zu sein, der Alkohol ist nicht störend erkennbar. Vollmundig malzig, harmonisch, Kaffee, Süße und Bourbon sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. 10/12/12/12/13/12

Can from Craft Beer Webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Friday 3rd February 2023, we had Hunters Chicken tonight which is probably just Chicken Cacciatore. Listening to Afrodeutscha on 6Music. Pours nigh on black with a tan head. Huge bourbon aroma us to the detriment of anything else. Taste is overpowered by the bourbon, okay so there is some bitter roastiness, coffee and chocolate but it's all rather bullied into submission by the bourbon. Couldn't finish it.

Appearance: Opaque deep brown to black. Small ivory-coloured head of low retention. Aroma and taste: Toast & roast, chocolate & coffee, bourbon, vanilla. Moderately sweet, light hop bitterness. Warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Overall: Not really exiting. Just a decent impy.

can at home.. dark black.. no head... buggy chocolate roast malts nose nose.. big boozy buggy bourbon... dark roast.. Light coffee.. but bourbon overpowering the coffee
