Bottleshare at Craft Beer Junction. Thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Airy dark malt palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Modest dark chocolate malts. A little spice. Light finish.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. An opaque black meaty black roast blood, red berries, creamy mid tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, light tang, earthy, beetroot, earthy,. Tang, highish carbonation. Good.

Can shared at CBJ - cheers to Cloin. Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan head. Medium sweet flavour with rounded dark mats, dried dark fruits, a little roast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, dry roast, raisins. Not bad.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is nutty, liquorice, some alcohol and mild toffeeish tones. Flavour is liquorice, some toffee, mild fruity and some slight liquorice roots too.

ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, beetroth, earthy touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, roasted, chocoalte, dark malt, beetroth, earthy touch. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20221230]

--Bottled. -- Black, mid sized beige head. Aroma of preserved beet root and licorice. Mid sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Salmiak and sweet and sour preserved beet root. Low bitterness. You really need to be a fan of perserved beet root to dig this one...
