Persist is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout. Featuring 60% barrel-aged maple stout, with an average age of 22 months, it is meticulously blended for intense flavor and maximum drinkability. Persist also contains a kiss of coffee to balance the hugely decadent, rich characteristics of the blend. It pours with a fluffy head in the glass and tastes of maple-bourbon candies, chocolate-covered caramels, mocha-maple ice cream floats, and vanilla maple syrup. It is a beer worth cherishing—Enjoy!

This is the way! Coffee, maple, chocolate, vanilla, light oak. Smooth, creamy, maybe a little sweet but really nice.

Bottle from tfontana, thanks again! Dark opaque black in color with a creamy frothy tan head that persists. Rich sweet maple and chocolate with hints of coffee and bourbon. Fantastic sipper!

12 oz. bottle. Oak, maple sugar, subtle coffee. The flavor is layered. Borderline too sweet. Chocolate, maple sugar, earthy coffee, and slight booze in the finish. A little sticky texture. Real good but becomes really sweet.
