Bottle shared with the nocturnalists after a lovely hiking day. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is very citrusy, especially citron, light lactobacillus, grapefruit. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and savoury, a lovely citron and grapefruit flavour meeting a light acidity, light lactobacillus note, super refreshing. Lovely. The production method is very impressive, as is the result.

Bottle pour at the brewery. Cloudy orange with small white head. Great zesty profile, juicy, citrus. Some kumquat. Pleasant sourness.

12/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 2), BB: n/a, 2021 edition (2022-1556) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear peach blond beer, big creamy solid white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: wow, very floral, very soapy, dish washing soap or floor soap, very zesty, almost artificial, a bit too much... lots of orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, zesty, a bit fruity, dry, spicy touch, more spices, fry, a bit much, weird. Aftertaste: very fruity, zesty, sourish, lemony. Not a big fan…
