Niet met een beetje rookmout, maar gebrouwen met 100% peated mout - geen toets, een grote klap rook. Langzaam genieten.
De druiven zorgen niet alleen voor een fantastisch mooie kleur, ze zorgen ook -samen met de kaneel en zoethout- voor een gelaagdheid en tegengewicht.

Tap at the Van Moll fest. Amilyen erdekesnek hangzik, olyan zavaros sajnos. Fustosnek eppe fustos, gyumolcsos is a szolotol, de nagyon nem balanszos, teljesen szetesik.
Heel apart. Eerste slok was licht medicinaal. Daarna single malt, met hopnasmaak.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is big smoke and peat with fruity notes, ash, citrus, touch of white grape and liquorice root. Dominating peat and smoke. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium body with lively carbonation. Flavours seemed to clash at first, but I settled into this beer. Intensely smoked citrus/grape, daring!

Fles 33cl thuis. Flinke rooksmaak, peaty, as, wat medicinaal, fruitig, witte druif, steenfruit. (2-8-2024).

Hazy pale yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have extreme peaty, leathery notes. Next to that some Saison qualities. A little spicy. Not really getting and of the Grape Ale element. Gets too spicy as it warms up. Becomes medicinal.

Bottle at home, murky golden orange beer. Aroma is... smoke, after that its a bit of smoke and a hint of peat, after that it goes to smoke and a bit ham, if you smell past the smokescreen you can smell a hint of fruitiness. Taste is like an air gust of smoke blew in your mouth combined with peat, some sweet fruit and a hint of smokedham, in the end a sweetness and a hint of grapes and other fruit. i like it alot!

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie en Romy. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van rook en ham. De smaak is vol rokerig, ham en een hint druif.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, large white head. Aroma: Smoke and campfire stongly overwhelming fruity hints of grape. Taste: Rather weird mix with a lot of smoked meat, peat, campfire and ash combined with notes of spicy cinnamon and liquorice niotes and subtle notes of fruity grape in the background. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness and very slightly tart. Nice experiment, I love the peat part of it but doubt about the overall mix. Nice for once.
I wasn't sure what to expect here, but this stuff is quite nasty. Unpleasant murky greyish orange, white head. Smell is smokey, but in a bit rubbery way. Grapes as well. Watery body. Taste is astringent smokyness and random fruit, clearly hate eachother.
