Beef Juice is our first single barrel aged beer release coming in at Beefy 13%.
It is a blend of 18 month Bulgarian oak aged imperial stout with a dark chocolate and coffee imperial stout. The Bulgarian oak gives the beer a strong vanilla oak flavours and different hints of berries and chocolate. It's a thick complex boi!
Enjoy at 12-14C. Cheers, Наздраве!

Draught, sample tray at Røør. Solid sipper with chocolate and prunes. Lingering, nicely roasted ending. Enjoyed, in friendly company with Kjell (Oslo, 07.05.2026).

Bottle shared in London - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours deep brown with a foamy tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour, some dark fruits, gooey chocolate, bourbon, toffee, marshmallows. Full bodied, oily and chewy with fine carbonation. Sweet and lightly warming finish. Solid.

6th Floor bottleshare. Thanks to LKS. Opaque black brown beer, tiny tan head. Palate is light but quite viscous, good fine carbonation. Good dark chocolate malts, some dark chocolate Malteasers. A little spice. Tangy dry finish. Not bad for the abv but nothing exciting.

Woohoo, cow liquids! BBQ drippings? No, a BA imperial stout. OK.. buffalo? No, Bulgarian oak. Ah well, still nice. Decent body, could be thicker but not terrible. Relatively sweet. There's a bit of weirdness present, tart fruit, starting infection?
