Light hazy, amber colour, almost no head. Tart, a bit salty and very fruity, a bit flowery. Good Berliner Weisse

Tap. Unclear golden color with almost no head. Aroma is elderflower and figs indeed, but well-integrated into the funk. Taste is funky stuff, elderflower, dash of fig sweetness. Surprisingly oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Good one!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of tart elderflower, apples, brett. Taste of tart white grapes, yellow fruits, citrus, lime.

Light, and lightly acidic, very refreshing. Some elderflower, clearly there but subdued, and lightly fruity. Fig isn't really strong, but pairs well with the base. Excellent balance, easy drinking, great for hot summer days. Fun!

Clear dark orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, sourish, a bit floral, weird, acidic impression, a bit soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, refreshing, lots of green apples, sourish, malic acid, lemony, dry, a bit woody. Aftertaste: citric acid, dry, spicy, oxidized touch, a bit floral, nice! Didn’t get the fig though?

Spritziger säuerlicher Beginn mit leichtem Essigstich. Holunder kann ich genauso wenig ausmachen wie Feige, dennoch rund und süffig. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/8/9//9
