Clear amber/golden with tiny/no head. Flavour is sour, tart, citrus, hops, tart and fruit.

At Borefts BF 2010. Still the same peach apricot fruit of the Green Bullet and Sterling. Hops are very bitter. Really good and very bitter. Lovely to be honest. Good stuff.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with notable orange peel. Dry and tart with grass, herbs and nettle from the dry hops.

Draught at Ørsted Ølbar.Hazy orange colour with no head.Aroma of herbs yeast and acid,nice dry and sourish mouthfeels,flavor of barnyard and wood well blend type of beer.

at De Molen festival 2010 ... hazy amber ... thin lacing ... sweet funky sourness ... little balsamic vinegar nose ... tart fruits ... again balsamic vinegar ... little creamy hop ... but still a lambic

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar. Pours unclear golden with a small bubbly head. Nose is hoppy and dusty. Tart and dry flavor -young lambic. Rubbery and hoppy. Dry hoppy end.

24th September 2010. Borefts Beer Festival II. Served by the great man himself! Cheers Alex!
Cloudy amber beer, somewhat darker than the others. No head. Light dry palate. A little more sharply sour than the others, borders on vinegary but is held in check by a non unpleasant sweet paint in the background (think Mes thought it was minty) Finishes dry with come citrus peel. Hangs together well.

[9/24/10] Draught at Borefts Beer Festival 2010. Cloudy orange. Aroma of barnyard, lots of citrus, light honey notes and some hops. Sour flavor with brett, oak, some sweaty hints, lemon and a bitter-sour finish.

Unclear hazy orange color with virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, dry, moderate yeasty, barnyard, tart, wood, herbal. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate bitter with a average duration, dry, chlorine notes ! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100912]
