Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, good funk, fruity, floral, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, lemony, soapy touch, pretty bitter, dry, a bit metallic, very strong sourness. Aftertaste: some tannins, orange peel, fruity, sourish, dry, a bit chemical.

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival. Hazy orange with small white head. Fruity, funky, some barrel notes, bit herbal. Medium sourness.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di frutta gialla, vinose, stalla, cantina, erbaceo, agrumi. In bocca è molto citrica, anche lievemente acetica, ma una buona intensità e anche una certa rotondità. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Da rifinire negli spigoli, ma il prodotto c'è.
