Bottle. Color: Hazy golden to orange, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, wheat malt, subtle citrus. Taste: Very yeasty, notes of lime and tangerine, wheat and barley malt. Lightly sourish (lime-like), light to moderate sweet and very light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Not your average German Weissbier. Refreshing. Ok.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy dark golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of wheat malt, some herbs and mild banana. Taste of green banana, herbs, wheat malt. Interesting!

Thanks David. Fruity nose. The beer starts fruity mild. Slightly sourish, soft yeast. Sourish fruity touch, mild yeasty in the finish, not too deep. --- Beer merged from original tick of BFE No. 02 Weissbier on 29 Sep 2022 at 22:49 - Score: 5. Original review text: Thanks David I. Again thanks a lot to kappldav123 for this 0,33 l bottle. Murky dark golden with a small white head in the glass. Mid intensive wheat and yeast on the nose. Taste starts dry orange fruity, some banana, more yeast than wheat. Mid carbonated. Okay.

Bottle from the brewers. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Fresh malty yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, fruity with notes of ripe fruits, mild sweetness. Finish light moldy. Not bad.
