Can 440ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours black with a few tan bubbles. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, cinnamon, chocolate and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, cinnamon, chocolate, and licorice finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Can split at L6 tasting, thanks to Fergus, 02/03/23. Black with a tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, vanilla essence, spice. Taste comprises sweet chocolate, almond, brown sugar melt, caramel, orange creme. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost. Tidy kit.

Can. A dark brown beer, oily and unclear, with no head. Dark chocolate, cinnamon, roasted malts, perfume and marshmallow, with almond hints. It's warming and full-bodied, sweet, with flavors of roasted malts, coffee, marzipan and almond, some cinnamon. Marzipan and dark chocolate finish with some cinnamon hints. Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear brown with a small, creamy off-white head. Medium to big sweet flavour, some sweet dark malts, berries, grape, toasted malts, some earthy bitterness. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, bit muddled but enjoyable.
