Süßer dunkler und hopfiger (zudem sehr süßer) Antrunk, Im weiteren Verlauf ebenfalls zu süß, dezenter aber kratzender Alkohol. Nicht sonderlich. /7/6/7//6

Dark orange amber colour, slight haze, small tan head. Nose of hops, malt, caramel, vanilla, fruity passion fruit, grapefruit, floral tones. Flavour is sweet malts with a hoppy bitterness, fruity hoppy flavours. Bitter finish.
Good hop background to the malts. Balanced. I’m quite fond of this one, would love to see it become more available.

Cask at Borefts 2011. Spicy hop aroma, hint of grass and vegetable. Almost clear dark amber colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet with the sourness that often comes with cask ales. Slightly refreshing on the sweet background. Does not taste too alcoholic.

Cask at Borefts Beer Festival. De Molen, Bodegraven, Holland, 24.09.11 Very hoppy in the mouth, also the strength is immediately apparent with a little burn on the tongue. Quite thick in the mouth, the colour is red/amber with some white bubbling around the edge. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival @ De Molen, Bodegraven. Semi-clear, slightly hazy medium orange color, no head, just a small white lacing. Smell hops, fruits, blossom and flowers or light sweetness. Taste lightly sweet, lightly hops, some bitter, warming alcohol. Nicely balanced, full body, medium carbo.
