0,5 flaske fra seremonimesterens importkoffert, delt med ham og skibsrederen på maritim ølsmaking om bord på Fridtjofen sep-20: lett uklar gylden med højt fluffy skum. Aroma av basilikum og agurk, smaken er litt pepperaktig i tillegg. God maltsødme og behagelig bitterhet kompletterer bildet. Kort ettersmak hvor pepperpreget henger igjen.

Bottle shared with Holmen1 and Sigmund on board Fridtjofen 26.09.20. Cloudy straw colour. Foamy white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of basil, bark, grassy hops and pale malt.

Shared 500 ml bottle, from Vinoble Frederikshavn. ABV is 4.9%. Hazy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of basil and cucumber, hints of citrus and white pepper. Spicy and citric flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also distinct bittering hops. Quite nice beer.

ABV: 4.9%. Sparkling, light cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, pale malt, moderate yeasty, yeast, basil, pepper, cucumber. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, cucumber, initial sparkling and quit fizzy, white pepper, yeast, herbs - herbal, basil, medium dry, foam has a plastic - medicine touch. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20200809]
