Pours clear blonde. Medium small , fast fading white head. Scent is full, beautifully complex tartness, vineous, ofcourse. Very, very fine and elegant. Taste is full, tart, beautifull light yet present fruityness. Actually, it's not light in intensity, just in loudness. This is a smooth one. Just about as sour as an elegant beer can be, without going towards the side where sourness takes over the elegance. Medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is medium thin , but works very well with the totallity of the beer. The grapes are fairly herbal, raw and even a bit unripe, definately showcasing what in wine would be pounting towards colder climate. This is a very fun one, well surpassing expectations. Culinairy beer for sure.

Pours a clear blonde. Small white head. Scent is fairly full , earthy grapes - gewurtz a bit more prominent to me for that reason. Taste is full, medium acidity, dry mouthfeel. Very grape-y, earthy and slightly floral, citrus (lime) and green treefruit come to mind on their part. Mild on the funk , actually the grapes take the lead, as well as the backbone here (appart from the body and acidity, as well as carbonation which is medium). Very nice beer, as we're being used to by Antidoot. Easy drinkable, dry, refined and very balanced.
LCI. Very vinous, lots of muscat, balanced. Juicy up front clean finish
