Undated can drunk 10/27/24. Clear, light blonde, large, well-retained, white head. Nose is luscious Dupont yeast with deftly woven-in Brett. Honey and biscuit, rustic and elegant. Similar flavors with a malty, well-attenuated body. Pepper, mild Brett and rustic grain with lightly herbal hops. Just a killer yeast and fermentation profile. Elegant and as good as any of the real raisins.

On tap at HopCat Livonia. Pours a pale hazy yellow-white with a white head. Light pear and apple in the aroma, yeasty. Flavor is smooth pear, yeaasty, with a very light tartness or funk. Solid all around.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a hazy, straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Great lacing down the glass. Lemon, horseblanket and lime zest on the nose. Palate has more of the same with a nice funk throughout. Good carbonation. Drying finish with grass and citrus zest. Very nice.
