Light fruity aroma, a touch of uk hops, and some subtle vanilla and oak. Flavor is quite malty, sweet and bready. A super short finish with a light sweetness. This is really quite good! Wow a good innis and gunn beer? Its one of the rare innis beers that doesnt taste like abd oaky buttery mess.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Looks really good. Intense malty-alcoholic aroma. Starts intense malty, quite alcoholic, some woody notes. Also some earthy hints, some herbs. Finish alcoholic, warming malty. Could be more balanced. Okay.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours clear copper with a tight, creamy tan head. The aroma holds light peat, some toasted toffee, hints of tangy berries. Big sweet flavor, lots of toffee, toasted sugars, bread, mild peat, overripe berries, golden raisins, touches of vanilla, a bit of honey-cured ham. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Sticky sweet finish, lots more honey-cured ham, toffee, toasty sugars, berries, overripe fruits, hints of maple syrup. Interesting stuff. A bit cloying at points but not bad overall.

Hazy amber color with some sediment. Light bourbon aroma. Good malt flavor, with nice bourbon vanilla, sweet oak compounding; sweetish overall, but with correct bitterness.
Not overly complex, but pleasant.

Pours coppery brown with a large, creamy head.Nose shows toffee, caramel, butterscotch, oak and vanilla. Very sweet-smelling.Similarly sweet flavours, almost syrupy sweet. Butterscotch, golden syrup, brown sugar, oak and soft booze. Pretty cloying to be honest.Could use a thicker body and more carbonation.
