Poured from the tap. Dark mahogany brown with small beige head. Sweet toasted nuts, hint of caramel, true to style.

Taster at Cyprez Tap Room, Ciudad de México. Lightly cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- toasted malts, caramel, earthy, plums, caramel pralines. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, caramel, plums, earthy. Medium bodied. Good.

Keg at Jardín Chapultepec, Mexico City. Hazy deep nut brown, mid sized head. Aroma of hazelnuts and vanilla. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hazelnuts, toast and notes of butter. Fairly low bitterness.

On tap at Jardin Chapultepec, pours a rootbeer brown, thin grey head. Nose is fine, malt, palm sugar, brown sugar... Some odd banana. Flavor has brown sugar, raisin, definitely some German yeasty character like a dunkel. Finishes creamy.
