Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours darkly ruddy with a transient beige head - ends with a few bubbles. Aroma is essentially red berry. Not raspberry tho. Med + body. Flavor is wild berry - meaning nothing I can recognize from USA berry production. It’s a little twiggy, a very little evergreen. Other than the uniqueness of crowberries, I’m not sure why this is worthwhile. But perhaps it’s a bit of appreciation of otherness. Surely ain’t bad stuff.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours a beautiful burnt cherry into copper with a nicely proportioned head, some of which hangs around. The nose has prunes, stewed cherries and a bit of chocolate biscuit. The taste has oatmeal, vinous fruity characteristics - cherries again - then biscuits, nuts and chocolate. The palate has a medium body, a lovely creamy and mid-palate texture and a nice elegant finish. Overall, lovely.

On tap at Parkteateret. Dark brown with a reddish hue and a light brown head. Aroma of crowberries, malt and fruit. Nice berry flavour with some acidity and a dry finish with some bitterness. Nice beer on a sunny day outside.

500ml bottle. Slighty cloudy red red amber with average frothy moderately lacing off-white head. Tart and fruity aroma, a touch of leather. Taste has tart, dry and fruity notes, prickling carbonation supports acidic fruit notes.

Bottle. Hazy ruby color, large white head, almost a gusher but not quite. Aroma of dusty cherries and lemon. Tadte is cherry, raspberry, citrus. Nice.

Bottle, bottled 15.04.10. Pours a reddish amber, with a light head. Quite sweet aroma, with notes of berries and oak barrels. Lively carbonation, and a full body. Flavour is sharp citrus, and an oaky malt. A somewhat disappointing finish of fruits, with a light sourness.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Some berries present. MOderate bitetr flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Dakr berries nicely present.
