On aurait presque pu l'appeler Bonbon-Weisse.

Pink head, fast regressing over dark, hazy pink beer. Intense cherry-ish nose, bit vinous (grapey), with a kind of mint aroma, perfumey. Sweetish to sweet, with a very little lactic acid, but faraway hints of wild yeast. Finish is a bit lemony however. Very spritzy carbonation yet quite slick; light body. Decent, the vinous fingerprint is there. Txs to Stef!

Can. Clear ruby, small head. Sour grains, soft grapes, sweet berries, wheat, light herbal. Indeed like a mix between wine and Berliner, but quite boand ones... Medium sour, light sweet. Over light bodied.

Tap at moeder lambic fountain. A light hazed pink fluro coloured pour with a lasting pink froth. Aroma is semi sweet. Floral, pink lemongrass lemonade, floral. Flavour is composed of super sharp and dry, lime lemonade, tangy, highish carbonation, chalky. Refreshing. Palate is crisp and dry, refreshing highish carbonation.
