YG 081023. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is apples, sulphur. Flavor is apples, sulphur, yeast, grass. Too carbonated.

Bottle, 75cl. A huge big white head collapses immediately over a clear straw colored body with a lot of carbonation. Clean apple aroma with a gentle generic fruityness. Sparkling, full bodied and lightly warming, with a mostly apple driven flavor. Some grass and generic fruityness, and a quite short finish. Too straightforward, but at least refreshing. 231008

Cider World Expo 2023 Frankfurt a.M. A clear yellow colour. Aroma and Taste of mild sweet apples, mild sourness, easy to drink.

Endelig befinner jeg meg i trygge omgivelser! Mi2 på Cardinal feb-23, og denne cideren fra fat er en nytelse fra første til siste øyeblikk (og heldigvis var der muligheter for en liten påfyll). Klar strågylden med kort bruseskum. Lett krydret aroma (fornemmer jeg hint av kardemomme?) med en solid og frisk eplesmak hvor den diskrete humlebruken utgjør prikken over i'en. Mersmak de luxe.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Clear and pale straw colour. Crisp and semi-dry aroma and flavour of apples, perfectly balanced with discrete hops, not too bitter. Lovely!

From tap at Cardinal 26.12.22 with Johan, Camilla and more. Excellently complex aroma and pure taste of cider apples, cider and noble English hops. As fine as the best champagne! Dry mouthfeel.
