Crickley Hill represents another foray into fruited, oak-aged mixed fermentation ales, this time with delicious strawberry. This beer was aged in oak for a year before being refermented on local Strawberries from Carey Organic in Worcester for 4 weeks. It’s tasting amazing – beaming strawberry aroma, gentle acidity and a soft finish.

375ml bottle. Slightly hazy orange, no head. Aroma of subtle strawberries and a little funk, barrel. Taste is the same light funk and barrel notes, the strawberry is somewhat subtle, but it's quite nice like this overall.
