Das Freggerla von O-Bräu, Flasche von Ultsch, Weismain. - Lichtes Goldbraun, leicht trüb. - In der Nase brotiges, marmeladensüßes Malz und feine hopfenwürzige und orangenbittere Hopfung mit Anklängen an Orangenlikör. - Im Antrunk breit karamelmalzig mit säuerlich-herber Aprikosenkonfitüre und Butterkeks. Deutliche aber etwas plumpe herbale und orangenschalenbittere Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang wenig fokussierte herbale Bittere. - Ein Märzen von der Art, die mir nicht zusagt: malzbreit ohne Konturen, übertrieben fruchtig und vage hopfenaromatisch mit verwaschener Bittere. ABV: 5.9%. Clear light to medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel - sweet malt, malty, light butterscotch touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, caramel - sweet malt, bread, hops bitter, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230120]

Bottle, danke Günther! Light hazy amber, offwhite foam. Light fruity juicy malt, light catty hops. Grain, hay, light flowery hops retronasal. Pleasant.

Bottle from meibier. Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Yeasty, some fruity notes, light citrussy. Very well balanced. Great beer.

Fläschla: Golden to deep golden, hazy, firm and creamy stable (off-) white head, moderate bitter-sweet aroma of malt with some (presumably) toasty spots, a twist of honey underneath, delicate herbal hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering herbal-bitter and honeyish-malty finish. Pleasant franconian quality…
