Bottle. Reddish-amber beer with a pink-cream head. Bourbon and vanilla aroma with oak and light red fruit. Vanilla and bourbon flavor with oak and light red fruit. Medium bodied. Vanilla and oak linger with bourbon and light herbal notes. Oak/vanilla overpower.

Lovely and complex, subtle notes of grape and funk backed up by vanilla, clove, and citrus zest and whiskey. Finishes with a heady mix of red wine, bourbon, and oak. Love these Allagash cocktail beers.

12 ounce bottle. Subtle funk meets subtle bourbon and oak. Rich and flavorful. Lots of complexity, but very approachable. There’s an underlying sweetness that hints at orange marmalade and citrus flavored Sweet Tarts. Complex notes of vanilla, oak and grape skins. Delicious.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Menomonee Falls, 11/19/22. Pale orange, pink tint, hazy. Medium white head, good retention. Aroma of grape, vanilla, oak, vanilla. Taste is vanilla, whiskey, oak, grape. Well balanced, delicate, booze barely present. Nice.
