Pours intensely dark red, pointing towards black almost. Scent is intense, syrupy, red fruit jam in the best possible way. very sweet impression. Lovely ! Taste is super-intense, heavy-duty red fruit syrupy, tannins, raisins, somewhat spicy - weird association, but I get chorizo in a way - Absolutely amazing mead !

Fat på Brewskival 2022, fre. Rödlila. Massor av bär. Superbra. Röda bär, hallon, björnbär, körsbär. Sjukt snygg. Mycket gott.

Bottle at Superstition, pours a deep dark mahogany—looks like a red wine. Aroma is pretty deep, with loads of jammy boysenberries and raspberries, dark cherries, oak, and some vinous notes. Flavour is rich and complex, with charred oak, intense jammy and rather tart boysenberries, raspberries, and cherries, along with wildflower honey. Elegant, rich, complex. Just divine.
