Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Brown color. Malt, apple syrup and a hint of licorice in the aroma. Sweet flavor, slightly herbal with licorice. Thinnish. Not unpleasant.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Lightly hazy amber, minimal head. Slight dusty black currant aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bit fruity with rather vague dusty black currant flavour and fairly low bitterness.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF Tasting 2010. Hoppy aroma. OK. Hoppy bitter type beer, bit of sweet herb sherbert. Rather good I thought.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Hazy brown beer. No real head. Semi crisp dry palate. Bitterish tart fruit. Trace of chocolate. Crisp finish - a little off the beaten track.

Bottle 33cl. @ ChrisOs Pre-GBBF Shindig 2010.[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Unclear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain. toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBFtasting. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some herbs and mild honeyish notes. Flavour is wood, fruits, some mild herbal notes as well as quite bitter.

Draught@brewpub
Clear copper brown color, small vanishing off-white head. Aroma is woody hoppy with some sweetish exotic fruits (passion, mango). Light to medium bodied, a bit watery. Carbonation is low. Caramelly malty, some woodyness. Bitterness rises in the finish: exotic fruits, passion, kiwi and mango. Mufloni Rakau is ok session drink. Rakau has some similarities to Nelson Sauvin, but is less fruity and less bitter.
