Our biggest stout to date. Starting at 42,5P, expect a big chewy mouthfeel. Flavour of sweet milk chocolate are balanced by bright raspberry.

Aus der Dose (bbe 07.12.2025) im 2023-07 getrunken. Dieses Stout ist wieder so ein Trüffel/Nachtisch Stout wo eine deutliche Süsse die Röstbitterkeit hervoragend balanciert. Doch auch hier bleibt der Name reine Phantasie wo ich kein Aroma dem zuordnen kann. Ich habe hier eher viel Schokoladencreme und etwas Kaffee. Der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist so nicht wahrnehmbar und sogar für ein kräftiges Aroma wo man das Stout wie ein Nachtisch eben wunderbar langsam genießen kann.

Keg at BrewDog Waterloo, 16/06/23. Black topped with a tan cap. Nose is chocolate, dried fruit rinds, figs, mellow roast, cinnamon. Taste comprises chocolate, molasses, brown sugar melt, jammy red berries, mellow roast, toffee fudge. Full bodied, thick and viscous mouthfeel, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Not bad.

Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted matl, raspberries, sirup, and chocolate, and cake. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, alcohol, raspberries, roasted malt, and sirup, leading to a dry finish. Odd, but not bad.

Svart med brunt skum. Lukter sjokolade, karamellfudge, brunost og nøtter. Fyldig. Søt. Smaker karamellfudge, syltetøy og noe rød portvinsfølelse. Middels lang.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Muddy brown with no head. Aroma of caramel, molasses and very sweet raspberry jam. Sweet and thick raspberry flavour with vanilla, molasses and caramel. When I tried the Amundsen brown cheese IPA , I jokingly asked for it to be a proper pastry stout. I was obviously wrong.

Black with a minimal light brown head. A caramel, cookies and berries aroma. Sweet with a nice long chocolate and berries end. Nice! Hopyard Oslo, The Midnight trip

Can from HOTM. Off black with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty and big jammy sweet. Slight caramel . Full rich body.

440ml can. Pitch black with a dark brown head. Aroma of chocolate, raspberries, vanilla. Taste is very sweet, creamy, chocolate, vanilla, raspberry purée, caramel. Thick full body.

440ml can. Pours jet black with a thin head. Aroma is milk chocolate, raspberry and alcohol. Taste is sweet, lots of milk chocolate and a little tart raspberry. Milkshake thick.
