33cl Blik van Two Chefs webshop. Zwarte kleur, bruine kraag met paarse zweem. Gebrande mout, caramel, kersen, licht zuurtje, brownie, pure chocolade, bitterzoetzure (jawel) finish. Medium body, glad mondgevoel. Prima.

(Can, 0.33 l, at Two Chefs, 20230416) The beer poured black with red shading. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate, sour cherries and cocoa powder. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, cocoa powder, sour cherries, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had sour cherries, burnt malts and bitterness. A pleasant burnt brew with adjuncts.

Pours a pitch black colour and a dense brown head with short retention. Aroma's of roasted malts, dark chocolate, some red fruit. Retronasal it's roasted, sour cherries, chocolate. Flavour is light moderate sweet, light sour from the cherries, light roasted bitter. Above medium bodied. Warming alcohol. Finish is not too long, with some roasty bitterness.
