Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Hazy golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of perry pear, woody, herbal. Taste is sweet, pear, woody, herbal, spicy, earthy, with light acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet peary earthy finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle. Misty pale gold, sparkling. Fine spritz, woody herbal introduction settling into a medium sweet Perry groove, mild sweet apple moments. Ok but unsure about the herbal notes.
