Our stunning double IPA has been aged in an oak barrel. Less than 500 bottles. Hints of vanilla oak mingle with large amounts of aromatic US Columbus hops over a full malt base. Aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit and spice. High bitterness is smoothed by the ageing and the body has become even more full and rich

500ml bottle from Market Hall Wines, Durham Market. Gluten Free recipe. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, big foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of wood, vanilla, spice. Taste is tangy, malt, sweetish, fruity, vanilla, woody, with some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
