After long, slow, natural fermentations & ageing, this cider has developed floral aromas, a wonderfully smooth texture, & rounded acidity. Reminiscent of the qualities of a Chablis, this is a still cider perfect for pairing to gently spicy foods & tangy Alpine-like cheeses. Expect aromas of white blossom & notes of greengage plums over a gun flint minerality. Still, dry cider.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. 2020 vintage. 6%. Orange golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, flowery, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fleshy, some herbal & floral notes, a barnyard funk hint, woody, citric and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
