Limited Edition Rum Barrel Aged Cider. Our slow fermented single variety Dabinett coder further aged in spiced plantation rum barrels. Backsweetened with a little Muscovado sugar to accentuate the warming nutty oak and toasted sugar finish imparted by the rum.

1L glass flagon from Crackington Cider Co. Amber brown colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple and rum. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, with mellow rum notes, some oak, vanilla, and woody tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish with lingering rum notes. Nicely drinkable.

Demi-john from the producer. Deep mahogany amber appearance. Very harmonious blend, with a smooth rum integration providing a nice warming glow. Modest vanilla notes emerging as you journey through. Dangerously drinkable too.
